- Chakki Atta is a powdery substance, a basic food ingredient, derived by grinding the whole grain of wheat using chakki stones. Wheat Cleaned by using magnetic separator and emery polisher and final atta is passed in entoletor which is stored in food grade stainless steel silo, which is again sifted using vibro shifter.
- Chakki atta mainly used in large amount to prepare flat bread ( chapatti ) which having high fiber content ,damaged starch , water absorption capacity and high nutritional value beneficiary for health.
